Knuckles, elbows and knees

The mosquitos in Mumbai and indeed clever. They hop on the mattress, run when attacked with an electric bat and would love to attack your knuckles, elbows and knees and even ankles, in worst cases - feet. This has made me doubt if they have brains in them. Even if the brain is infinitesimally small, it defenitely works faster than a human brain. Otherwise, how can they survive a liquidator, mosquito repellent, electric bat and mosquito net altogether.

Also, the most interesting part: biting humans at those places where they are sure that they wont get whacked. Like for instance, you used your hand to hit a mosquito that rests anywhere on your body. How do you kill a mosquito resting on your knuckle? The itch is so so severe that you cannot help moving your hand and by the time you manage to get your other hand to hit the mosquito, it flies away into eternity, just to come back and attack your elbow next time. The elbow is yet another difficult part to reach.

Right now switching on the AC helps in keeping them away to a greater extent, but I don't know how long.

Hard life makes anyone tough - be it a mosquito or a human!
