- Try feeding him/her solid food at regular intervals. Say a small piece of watermelon, followed by bottled milk, oats porridge, water, banana, biscuit, etc.
- Just make sure that you feed the kid after small intervals of at least 30 mins to 1 hour.
- Encourage him/her to taste the meals that you have. He/She may end up liking them and having more than a mouthful.
- Continue breastfeeding (if you are still doing it).
- Allow them to play around a lot; this makes them hungry.
If the fussy eater is your spouse
